Brazil Anatel - National Agency of Telecommunications


Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (Anatel) is the state entity that regulates telecommunications in Brazil. Created to encourage the development of telecommunications in this country, the agency is managed independently and is autonomous in financial terms. Its activities include the implementation of national policies related to telecommunications, the regulation of licenses, the management of radio frequency spectrum and the protection of consumer rights, among others.
